Can anyone recommend a boxing club or gym in or around Cardiff please? Ideally with training times and days.

How many you got there? Any one welcome to come along? Looking for a place I can train at and box, although ideally im looking to do it 3-5 times a week

plenty there mate,all welcome,boxing part of gym always free mate,classes are done downstairs.

take it easy on me though ;) been trying to get back into kyokushin but my knees cant take it no more, and i remember how fit i got when i used to box!
