Come and learn the Strength & Conditioning exercises you NEED to be doing to improve your performance in Mixed Martial Arts.

This 2 hour workshop is being run by Matthew Palfrey, in association with MMA Nutrition UK and Crossfit Bath. Matt is a Strength & Conditioning Coach who has written for Fighter's Only Magazine and been successfully coaching athletes for over 12 years. He has recently been appointed as Strength & Conditioning Coach for Wesley 'The Immortal' Murch from Olympians MMA in Bristol. Wes is an experienced MMA athlete and competed in the UFC's 'The Ultimate Fighter'.

This workshop will teach you the moves needed to build massive amounts of functional strength and power for MMA. We'll cover:

- Kettlebells
- Sandbag training
- Tabata Intervals
- Olympic Lifting
- Gymnastic Rings
- Medicine Balls
