MMA class run by leading domestic Middleweight Jack Mason.
The class runs on a Friday (7-9pm - mainly stand-up) and Saturdays (3-5pm -focussing on submission wrestling) at the outstanding Unique Results gym in Chelmsford, Essex - equipped with top of the range fitness, boxing and MMA training equipment. The classes focus on drilling techniques and cardio circuits and are therefore ideal for all levels, from novices to pro-fighters.
The classes provide a friendly yet intense workout, with banter to go along with the hard training. Not only do you get the knowledge of leading MW contender Jack Mason, regular guest trainers such as Tsunami standouts John MacGuire and AJ Wenn provide their expertise often, as well as other Tsunami and Essex based fighters.
Classes are not run for profit, so are very cheap.
The opportunity to compete in grappling comps and decent level sparring are also available and actively encouraged. Open mat rolling is also encouraged.
