I cant recomend the Pete Holmes seminar Highly enough. He is one of the very small number of martial arts intructors who is not only technically superb and can make his stuff work in any scenario but also a superb teacher and can get the information over in a very clear manner.
There is a lot of hype surrounding the use of pressure points and Chinese Medicine in the martial arts world and thousands of Intructors who claim they can make it work. Pete is one of few that actually can.
I have been lucky enough to train under him for around six years but even after an hour with him it will transform what ever style that you do. The seminar will cover the practical use of pressure points and the use of Waveforms to make your power generation significantly higher. Everything taught at the seminar is principal based so you dont need to be currently studying a particular style.
Everything can be used as a realistic and very effrective form of self Defence. This is especially good for women as it doesnt rely on strength!
