As above guys. Just posting information about the above no-gi comp for those who don't know about it.

Competition is for a great cause, with all proceeds going to the British Hart Foundation. Cost of entry is only £15 with 3 different experience catergories.

Ill be driving over from the Grip, will probably have meat with
me leaving 3 spaces for anyone looking to compete. Get involved guys, it's for a good cause.

Very easy to get to as well, if your driving it's a straight run up the M80, you can also get the Dunblane train from Queen Street and the venue is very close to Bridge of Allan train station.

Is heel hooking allowed in intermediates? terrified of heel hooks man.

No heel hooks in any division dude. The rules are the exact same as and BJJ comp just without the gi.

So this rules out toe holds in the beginner and intermediate divisions.

Also wonder about toeholds in the advance, as only browns and blacks can do these in comps and the purple belt division has been merged into them.

Also match times in the advanced division need cleared up. IBJJF rules are 7 minutes for purples, 8 for brown and 10 for blacks.
