Hi guys,

After the continued red hot reviews from previous Clan Wars shows and the fighter demand we are back again with a Halloween Special fight card!

Clan Wars is proud to announce its fifth installment on the 31st of Oct at the newly refurbished Tullyglass Hotel, Ballymena.


Clan Wars V will see the long awaited return of irish legend Emmett 'the mauler' Mc Nally. For those who do not know emmett has also been dubbed 'The Irish Randy Couture' by his peers lol. He is a veteran MMA fighter with knock out power in both hands.

Emmett will be facing the tough and slick brazilian fighter Neysden Santos who fights under Vittorio Grant at the BST Gym in Lanzarote. Neysden held a very close fight at Clan Wars 4 with John Donnelly but was unhappy with his performance, he is now excited and raring to go to show what he can do!


We also have other International match ups with Ireland v France, full exciting under card with the same high production values,

Wouldnt mind getting to see this cos i havnt seen Emmet take someones head off in a while. But logistically the taxi from OZ would be too much.:)
I see Merv is at 73kgs now. I think thats a good move for him he was too small at 77kgs. But to be fair i think it should only be a short stop till he gets to 70kgs where he will be better suited. Lots of good fights in Ireland for him at LW!!

No mate, Merv is still fighting at 77kg, he walks around at 85kg and doesnt like the big cut,he knows our views on it but whatever he feels best with.

My mistake musta been still asleep this morning when i read that!

I think he should still drop weight tho to be honest. He carrys abit of excess and at 77 is quite small. Well when you look at him in regards to other Irish WW guys like John Donnely, Liam Shannon, Cathal Pendrid ect.....

But hey if he dosnt wanna go that extra mile you cant make the boy.
