its a large heavy bag i think its called a banana bag becuase in thailand they condition their shins by kicking banana trees and this is the artificial replacement

I've got a generic 5ft bag. It's ridiculously thick and I've added extra filling to it. The thing weighs a ton and it's really nice for throwing kicks- not too much swing. If I was to splash out on a new bag it would be the Sandee one. I've got their gloves and shinpads and both are top-notch.
