Ive been doing mma raw classes for a few weeks(just to get the basics) but am wanting to progress further fighting wise.
Ian Freemans gym is but 3mile away and i was wanting to know if anybody has trained with/heard of any of the fighters being any good etc. Would love to be coached by someone with good experience. A reply would be great cheers

Ian's knowledge of MMA and his ability to break down techniques when teaching them is 2nd to none. He was a huge help to the England M1 Team and is to all out guys when he comes down to teach. I'm sure anyone who has trained with him or done one of his seminars will say the same thing

Did a seminar Ian at Quannum last year and would jump at the chance to train at his place if I was local.
