I think it was good they took some time to explain some moves. There were some bits i didnt like...but u can't please everyone

At the end of the day some people will never get it that MMA is a sport. They will either watch it for someone to get KO'ed and get hurt, or watch it and moan how brutal it is.

It`s sooooooooooo brutal!!!! :)

Especally when your elbowing people in the head a la FCFN 2 :p

I thought the CR show was really good, it managed to have the right balance between entertaining viewers with the action inside the cage and explaining what was happening. The only thing it lacked was giving the newcomers some info on how a fight is won, describing how a submission or referee stoppage works would have been ideal. It's possible some viewers might have thought the ways to win are either KO, DQ or snapping the opponent's bones!

That said I imagine most viewers watching it that are new the sport will definately have much more of an idea of what to look out for in future, the technique demonstrations were a good idea, some more examples from actual fights would have helped further.
