It is a skill that takes time to master. Look at the Cubans, the use 90 degree pivots so for the majority of the fight they have there back to the corners where all 5 judges can see them strike. If you have your back to the side where 2 judges are sat and land 10 strikes the chances of getting the other 3 to hit the button within a second are slim.

Its another thing to think about but IMHO helps your game especially use of angles for MMA striking
