We have some good gyms in Birmingham. Notably the UTC and Elements. Best bet is to get there and train regularly. I am sure you can probably arrange 1 on 1's at some point but you will need to have an idea of what you need to work on. What area of your game are you looking to improve?

Best bet is to join a good thai gym, K-STAR Thaiboxing Academy is one of the best thai gyms in Birmingham, there cheif Instructor at the Perry Barr gym is Damien Trainor 2x World Champion and they do MMA there.
