With the primary gifting period almost upon us, I'm considering which titles to add to my manly collection (You'll note, collecT).
This is one that I am considering. I liked AC1, despite it being somewhat repetitive at times. I think AC2 was a much better game and heading in the right direction. I'm not sure that enough time has been taken to develop this title but if they've even just sealed the cracks that still existed in AC2 it could be a really good game.
What say you my manly friends?

I'd say :-
'Is it anything like Fallout 'New Vegas' ?

I think AC2 really was a huge improvement over the first one, however in this i'm just expecting the Single Player to be a rehash of AC2 but in a new city.
I heard it also has some online modes but haven't read anything about what that will involve, anyone know anything??
At the moment with Fallout New Vegas & Fable 3 coming out I can see me passing on this and then picking it up cheap next year. of course by then the online community will be freaking dead!

You can see coverage of the online modes online, there's an amazon video about them on the AC:B page.
Despite the repitition, i thought the first one was brilliant...but still a work in progress. The second totally blew it out of the water though, one of the best games i've played this year.
If Brotherhood follows the same path then it's a Game Of The Year contender.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. I can see why the repitition annoyed some players but it didn't bother me. I don't mind a bit of repitition if I enjoy what I'm doing anyway.
Yeah the gameplay was so much fun that i didn't really mind...and not many games can get away with that. You could see the groundwork was there though for something really special. Can't wait to see where the series goes with the new one.
