Wanting to start up also my little sis (15) could do with a bit of confidence/self defence recently, keeps bugging me to take her..

Put an inch long gash on my forehead today at work which has had stitches (woops) so couldnt go, but if any one has a number for any trainers would be great, wanna go somewhere decent obviously and dont want my sister doing some badly run MA at a local hall.
