Safe? Effective? Anyone swear by it?
Ive used caffeine tablets and fat burners for a number of years. Ephedrine before that for years also. Built up quite a tolerance to stimulants and the effects of using them long term are starting to creep up on me.
Anyone reckon this stuff is any good? Thanks in advance.

its perfectly safe, ignore the rumours that its got dodgy chemicals in it, I've got a few bottles left in the house, I'll post the ingredients when I'm back from work.
Normal energy drinks (even moster) have no effect on me, but this stuff works well, a bottle before sparring is always a good move, since its stil land low volume (its only 150ml a bottle) it sdoesnt make you feel horrible during training as well.
Try carabou daeng or m150 as well, both are equally good, just different tastes

I currently take 3 Hydroxycut (300mg Caffeine) and 1 200mg Caffeine tablet twice daily. Each serving is having less and less of an effect on me. I dont get the buzz or the adrenaline and mental lift I used to. Its like a dwarf giving a bus a push start.

If your building up a tolerance to caffeine just stay off it for a couple of weeks.
