Men over 18 years only:

Under 1 year experience:
Under 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 90, 100, 110kg, Absolute.

Under 3 years and over 3 years experience:
Under 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 90, 110kg, Absolute.

Women over 18 years only:

Under 1 year, under 3 years and over 3 years experience (depending on number of entries):

Under 50, 55, 60, 65, 75kg, Absolute.


£20 entry including FILA licence for the event.

Weigh in 10.30 - 11.30.

We will be holding the FILA European Championships qualifier at the end of April.

There will also be a veterans division.

Planning to enter this but how come in the under 1 year there's a -100kg division yet in the intermediate and advanced categories there's -110kg and a 20kg leap between divisions?

The weight divisions for under and over 3 years experience
are the official FILA weight catagories.

This will be an excellent competition. The Fila grappling rules are really good and Spartanfc always runs great events.
Its a very good comp to get involved in as will also lead onto team selection for the world championships later in the year.

By this statement do you mean you need to obtain a FILA license and then pay £20 or do you mean by paying the £20 you will also get a FILA license which will allow you to enter other tournaments?

To enter, all you need to do is turn up for the weigh in at 10.30am.

The Veteran's division is 35-60 years of age.

The £20 includes your FILA licence for this event.

We have received a large number of teams and individuals contacting us to let us know they're participating.

This is a great chance to show FILA we can run good shows that are well attended as their Chief Exec of non Olympic events will be attending. If we are to hold International events in this country, we need everyones support.

Results anyone? I thought this was meant to be part of a worldwide association? Results should be posted immediately. I've checked the FILA and Spartan FC sites and can't see anything.
