hey dudes just got a 5ft bag unfilled, i need some ideas on what to fill it with i want it heavy so not to swing all over but not rock hard so i break my shins ;) i think sand is out of the question.. anu ideas please

crushed or crumbed rubber is very good, nice feel to bags too, i got mine from a place in croydon......and need to order another load too................rubber bark is on ebay, but IMO too big lumps

thanks dude .. there is a tyre recycle spot near me i might try that i know they shread it.. how small does it need too be

Bodies,

Very realistic, you have to change them regularly though as the smell gets a bit bad.

I find posties and traffic warden work best. Especially posties as they are easier to get hold of. (just wait behind the door, well if the wee bastards ever show up)

The way I would do it is like this.

get a carboard tube from a carpet shop , get some heavy duty plastic from any building suppliers , fit into the tube making a bag put this down the centre of the bag and fill around it then fill the tube with sand.

this allows you a hard core centre with the weight of the sand and the heavy carbaord to stop it going every wear in the bag.

Make sure you push the outer filling down well and add filling at least once a week as you use the bag ~ this allows the fillings to settle
