heavy bag wall bracket

Hi peeps,

I am looking to mount my heavy bag on the back wall of the house, at the moment its overhanging the driveway on a hook, but a lot of the neighbors are nosey and its interfering with my routine.

so, what do you guys recommend as a good wall bracket for a 4ft heavy thai bag, one that comes away from the wall enough to be able to allow kicks

i got mine made free , but i supose its if you know any welders . it very heavt duty as bag is 5ft filled with wheat bolted using rawl anchor bolts....... loads of brackets on ebay some good ones with a pull up bar attatched to it must be heavy duty for body weight:)

Dont buy off the shlef ~ go to any Gate Makers and get them to do you one mate.

I have had 3 brackets made and they have never let me down in over 3 years
