I Like to eat a fruit breakfast but I think I'll give the smoothie a try tomorrow along with my flapjacks. I also eat flapjacks before bed :)

Flapjacks are the food of the gods and that smoothie with the kiwi was the nuts! I need to work on my blending technique however as I'm still getting some small lumps.

I'd also be interested in hearing what the abs diet is as I'm trying to lean up a bit just now and am busting my ass in training as well as eating better than I used to.

I'm using an electric hand blender that comes with a cup to blend stuff in. I use it for protein shakes mostly.
I imagine something like the old mr frostie would be a lot more efficient. Is there an electric one or something?
