It's good fun though Rich. I was down to 80kg before I did it. Just find the deeper I get into my 30's the longer things take to heal. (and in my head I'm still early 20's so don't listen very well)

Good spot... I have put him in the division up but didn't delete the old entry. The juvenile brackets will probably change again anyway, Chris is sorting them out as I know he's spoken to you and other coaches about them.
