Hello All
any one looking for a small training space to use for personal training , private lessons or just for a few guys/girls to roll.
Then give me a shout.
My unit is based in Reddish , Stockport.
even though its on the small side it is ideal for a few bodies.
it is available during the day monday to friday and Wednesday and Friday Nights , this is not a massive training space but ideal if your just looking to drop in and do your own thing with your mates as you wont need to block book, pay in advance etc - just let me know when you would want it and then just turn up and pay the fee , we even clean up after you.
Hanging Bags , Loads of Pads , Ropes etc and a big crash matt for working drops are in the unit ~ padded floor and walls upto 3 foot as well.
I use it for personal usage and teaching small classes.
