After years of my weight yoyoing I decided training isn't enough and to sort my diet out, went to slimming world for the first time last night not expecting much but was really presently surprised! They seem to promote a balanced diet. No fads or anything, there's a brilliant website and it's really easy to follow. plus there was a few nice ladies there, winner!

yes i know that there's bunch of websites available on internet from where you can get enough information .... there's lots of professional and experienced peoples are in forums those can guide you ...

Cheers guys, it's only a fiver a week and I feel like the prssure of bein weighed every week really helps.

If you are serious about losing weight, have your head shaved, all your teeth pulled, spline taken out and a kidney removed and you have instantly lost 10 kgs, no problem.LOL

As far as weight cutting - I heard if you just cleaver your nuts off the hemorrhaging from your pockets is far less than at slimmers world AND the weight loss is instant

Im not a bot, but reflecting back it was probably pretty stupid of me to post this thread lol. Also made the mistake of telling the lads at the gym.
