Hi, I used the Grenades and to be honest I didn't like them and didn't really get the results I wanted. I first started taking them and took the recommended dose (2 first thing and 2 just before lunch); these made me feel reallt bad - the best way to describe it would be to say that I felt nervous and on edge, a lad at the gym who is a nutritionist told me that I had basically overdosed on them. I then stayed off them for a week and started again with 1 in the morning and 1 half hour before lunch, week 2 I was doing 2 in the morning and 1 before lunch and week 3 I was doing 2 in the morning and 2 before lunch.
They did give me loads of energy and a "buzz" but I didn't lose very much weight on them. I have also used Adrenalean and lost loads of weight on these.
However, different fat burners are different for different people - tolerance levels, etc.

From what I know, it's a competition friendly version of ECA. Lots of Caffeine in there.

Never heard of Grenade Fat Burners personally.
Been using H2N Thermo Max stacked with Peak Body Fat Attack, works wonders!

I started to use them and made me feel very spaced out, couldnt concentrate on anything and you experiance a kind of "comedown" from the amount of caffeine in them. Also made me feel very sick and acidic, theres no proven scientific evidence that these actually help you lose weight tbh, i wish i hadnt wasted 35 quid on them!
