Depending on your initial fitness

Id do a few weeks (4-6) of distance running before moving on to fartlek/speed play or intervals dude. Get a decent aerobic base to work off. While your doingthis keep your boxing sessions going to develop local/specific boxing stamina, muscular endurance also, lots of pads and bag with some skipping and circuit training.
