It's similar (oddly the chap in your link trains at my gym)
However, that one affixes to the door
The one I found hooks onto a door pullup bar
Further research after I posted seems to indicate it was only released in Nov last year
I suspect it'll take it's time to make it to the UK

Well there are number of fitness training club where these can be seen but most people also tend to fit them at home . It is door pull up bars which are intended to strengthen parts of body and make them fit for a long time .
