Strike Force 2 is July 16th, however there are other SF shows on September 24th and November 26th. With 2 more Ultimate force shows to come as well.

I'm not 100% certain if Cage Rage have a 28 day rule in effect after their fight, but its not uncommon for fighters to fight in 2 shows like that

Riccio fights June 24th as well for the KOTC Middleweight belt at KOTC UK in Sheffield. You're right its a big ask, but his managemnt team are experienced and will make the right decision i'm sure

I think cuts is a worrying issue in UK MMA. A lot of guys have some real nasty cuts and they keep becoming a problem

Changes in diet can help cuts, Billy Schwer used to get cut so easy then he saw a nututionist and then won a title in a big fight in which he wasnt cut in.

Cuts only take days to heal, not weeks, if treated properly, the cut that Damien got on Saturday had nothing to do with the one he got on Cage Rage

Yes he did, and Damien fought 3 weeks later without any problems

i really thought this year would be flat with a few promotions going down last year, however its been busier with new guys taking on the challenege and always willing to work and support each other too.

No doubt it has an effect, but it can still have an effect months or years later it doesn't change the issue of fighting weeks after a cut
