Trojan horse.

Means that you have software on your PC that allows someone else do naughty things.
Like read everything you type (credit card numbers), use your PC to send spam (damn you!), use your PC to close down websites by making it a zombie sending crap to it or use you as a FTP server thingy.

Id get zonealarm (www.zonealarm.com) there is a free version. That will at least (providing you read the manual!) stop the trojan from doing anything.

Get a copy of spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html which along with your antivirus should kill the feckers.

If not, it might be an idea to format the hardrive and reinstall windows.
