To bulk up stick with the compound exercises, Squats/Deadlifts/Bench press, lift heavy but with strict form
4 sets of 5-10 reps, building up your weight throughout the sets and using a weight which takes you to failure.
Day 1
Bench
Incline DB’s
Military press
Weighted dips
Day 2
Chins
Seated rows
DB single handed rows
Curls
Day 3
Squats
SLDL’s
Calf raise
Diet is very important as well,, but i assume youve got that taken care of.
