It's a fact that when you train you get seriously hungry.

What do you guys usually have for snacks between meals? I personally like meats and noodles as well as fruits which are mainly for me, pommegranite (sp.) Grapes and my all time favourite, bananas.

What do you guys snack on and how many times do you snack a day?How many meals do you eat also? What do you guys crave and how do you get around the cravings?

I tend to eat about 4 or 5 meals a day and to be honest snack between two or 3 of them.
My cravings are usually for meats and fizzy drinks. I get around them by having a diet drink once a day and I tend to eat a lean meat like turkey or salami which is junk. I can't get my hands on biltong or I'd be eating the dried meats.

I thought that this would be a good thread as we all get cravings and want to eat a better diet.
