thanks, because i personally think its cool seeing how others train
you could also include how many times you do conditioning or weights
Heres last weeks one, i change it around a lot depending on what i feel like doing and whether ive got somebody to train with
Monday- submission fighting, circuits and MMA sparring
Tuesday- 30 min run, circuits
wednesday- boxing (2hrs), thai(1.5hrs) and BJJ(1hr)
Thursday- Run as fast as i can for 5 mins x3, Thaiboxing (1.5hrs) Circuit training
FRiday- really light usually just positional work on the ground
Saturday- BJJ and MMA, Interval run (Takus)
Sunday- Circuits and 6mile run
I do circuits a lot as i can incorporate a lot of fighting positions/actions. Plus my gym is full of fit hotties.
Im a lazy bum (grade A i might add) student so ive got a lot of free time

I'm not training properly at the moment with final coming up, but going to train seriously after I finish so I'll let you know how it goes then.
At the moment it's just BJJ on a monday and VT on a wedsneday and they gym when I can fit it in/be bothered. Before a fight though it'll be training at least once a day.
