I find the "I'm on the cage warriors forum" ploy works. Tiscali has two tabs browsing so tab one "cage Warriors" tab two "youporn" get in.

you have to grip extra tight with your hand closest to your missus (or fella if you're like that) and use your free hand to tickle the helmet... the tension and fear of your missus coming to (I use that term wisely lol) whilst you are knocking one out should have you bolting free in no time.
