Shane Rigby - Takedown/Wrestling class this Saturday!

Shane will be hosting a wrestling/takedown class at Rosebridge School, Wigan.

930-1230pm

£15 pp

I have trained with Shane for many years, he was one of my main coaches before BJJ came to the UK, together with Jack Mountford and Darren Morris, when I trained at Atherton.

Those that know Shane will agree with me when I say he is one the best wrestling coaches in the North West if not the UK, a very talented and gifted wrestler and one of the toughest mofo's I have ever rolled with :D

If you can make this you will NOT be disappointed, a great opportunity to fine tune your takedowns.
