New mixed martial arts gym opens in north london

I heard recently that Eddie Kone was no longer affiliated to Royler Gracie or the RGDA Affiliation. Please can you confirm either way becuase I could be wrong??

RGDA Jiu-Jitsu Association ends relationship with Eddie Kone

After thoughtful consideration, the RGDA Jiu-Jitsu Association has made the decision to end any continued relationship with Eddie Kone. Effective immediately, Mr. Kone is no longer a representative of either Royler Gracie or David Adiv and is no longer affiliated, in any way, to the RGDA Jiu-Jitsu Association.

While we wish Mr. Kone the best of luck in his future endeavors, we stand by this difficult decision and remain prepared to shed further light on this situation, should that be necessary.

:) Eddie is a great Gracie Blackbelt in his own right just because he has parted ways with an organisation doesnt mean he is a lesser instructor! or that he has fallen out with Royler which he hasn't and Royce will be at the opening so what does that tell you...................

Your right.Eddie is a great instructor in his own right.I did not say he was'nt.I know he regulary hosts Royce seminars,so thats why i said maybe he is affiltaed with him.This was not aimed to criticise him. Its up to hm who he is or is not affilated with.
