Martin Cahill, a very good coach and brown belt from SBG, has formed a new thing called the BJJ labs at Fighting Fit gym somewhere in Manchester too.
There's no shortage of good tuition in the area, good luck with the search.
i think martin was coaching at sbg last time i went, he is a good coach, was suprised how much i learnt in an hour! i shall have to give that place a visit sometime
Factory BJJ in Stockport, just around the corner from Safe Store and Matt Thopre has an MMA Class their on a Monday Night
Steve Campbell at Manchester as link above is awesome. Highly recommended.
Steve Campbell was good when he was a white belt and training with Mike Gregory. I can only imagine how good he is now.
Martyn Cahill is also very skillful and a very good instructor.
Heard lots of good things about Steve Campbell.
