Pop Up Bomb's

If anyone post's a pop up bomb they will be banned immediately with no warning.

When someone posts a link purporting to be from a legitimate site (such as youtube etc). But when you click it's actually a link to lots of pop ups usually laden with viruses and spyware etc that could potentially fuck your computer.

It's a very nasty thing to do.

does this only apply to pop up bombs could you still post a silly link disguised (rick rolling for example) and not get banned?
