The council are cash strapped. They would be Dead silly not to do this ...

They need a burning desire from the public to help ...

They should take the idea and run with it:

Cook kebabs for the starving of Africa using the flames from burning Arab political protesters.

Use the skin from dead morbidly obese people to make wigwams for the homeless.
