I love David lloyds but when you're paying over £120 per month for a family pass and only one person uses it regularly it makes no sense. I cancelled and started going running outside and now after a couple of weeks the idea of being on a treadmill for an hour bores me to fucking death.
Got the runkeeper app (free) to log runs, distance, time, elevation and saves your runs to a map.
We started using things like park benches. Press ups with feet on them, tricep dips, jumping on and off them, etc.
Now that £100 odd I'll save can be spent on the mma classes I struggle to afford, and shemale escorts.
