Bursitis
Got a call last Thursday to say someone had cancelled their operation (Knee Arthroscopy) so mine has been brought forward to this Friday (13 months to the date that I injured it. Meniscal tear.) Cannot f****** wait! At last, rehab and get back to working order for maybe August/September.
I might get back to BJJ sooner but I'm not going to rush it. Not getting any younger, so, however long it takes, so be it.
An extremely frustrating time in the last year.Could be worse though.
Hi,
Injuries prevention exercises, any tips.
Saw a training partner dislocation his toes last week...not sure this can be prevented, but maybe there is something that can be done before it happens.
TIA

If you could tell me what the hell I have done to my shoulder/bicep to save me chopping it off in frustration, I would appreciate it!
Basically cable flye type movements are painful, I can pull - e.g bent over rows etc are ok, but any pressing movement such as bench, press ups etc are quite painful on the shoulder and the pain runs down most of the bicep as well...
Am I dying?
