Congrats to Alex 'Sex Bear' Cannon, who received his blue belt last night, at the request of Darrn and Helen Currie; Alex trains at Ng Gar Tien Combat Base in Runcorn and has been competing regularly throughout his time as a white belt, grabbing gold at the Hereford open last month.
