Next Catch wrestling seminar will be held at the Snakepit in Wigan on Sat 29th September, 1.30pm.

Great seminar once again! The standard is going up each time, the wrestling at the end is getting closer and closer to proper catch each month! Great to watch, well done to all attendees.
Recapped on the half-alch position with neck crank finishes, and covered a fair bit on 3/4 nelson set ups and finishes.
The last seminar of 2012 will be held at the Snakepit, Wigan on the 27th October. See the website if you are interested. We also have our international coaching week in November, with normal seminars resuming in February 2013.
