What a legend!

AddictedMMA: What is it that has reignited the hunger to compete again then Ian? You’re a legend within UK MMA, you run a successful gym with some top fighters being churned out and you’ve nothing to prove to anyone anymore. I guess that the fighters spirit inside never dies.

Ian: That’s exactly it, my spirit will never die. You see some of today’s fighters talking about how they train three times a week and want to become champions. I find it insulting that thinking you can become a champion from training three days a week. I'm old, retired and still train harder than them.

I also like to push myself, have a goal, an aim in life. Now that I have a goal, I will push myself to the limits and get ready for war. I will always have that mentality no matter how old I get.......
