Hey guys, new here and also Just started training in MMA about a month ago. while I have felt the benefits of training (even lost 2 stone just in the first month!) I still get "pre class jitters" and straight up feel unmotivated to get to the gym. Its nothing to do with the people there as they are mostly friendly and helpful. Its defiantly my pussy lazy ass haha but I wanted to know if anybody else has been through this starting out and if they can give me any advice on conquering it? THANKS! :D
Yes i have just take a deep breath and walk in. Also watching a you tube highlight vid before you go in kinda helps too.
