I'm so heavy
130kg of strength and 0 stamina.
Tonight I'm headed back to MMA (striking class).
Should I crash cut my weight or do it slowly over a period of time?
It's taken me a year to put on 10kg of muscle, I'm concerned I'll really fu** with my metabolism if I'm not careful.
I'm 32 now.
About 5-6thousand calories a day. Suits my frame just fine. I'm losing weight on that now, naturally.
