Ive used pro max in the past and thats good. Cyclone is the worst tasting crap around so if you can manage that you can manage anything. i use Sci-MX GRS-5 now tastes ok and does the job
get a good all in one like cyclone from maximuscle and have it straight after training. Eat every 2-3 hours, have a shake before bed and sleep 8 hours.
Its got to be Yoga, great for improving flexibility for grappling

I'd say its both 2 and 3, working on specific positions really helps but dont over fight, its about skill
