Do no-gi grappling / no-gi bjj clubs grade students in the same structure as gi clubs would?

Ok, heres what I want from a realistic Martial Art..

- Close range striking (punches, elbows, knees)
- Clinching / stand up wrestling
- Takedowns / defence
- Use of Gi (More 'street' realistic...
