At the moment I train twice a week, each session is 1.5 hours. I also only get to spar for an hour once every other week due to work commitments.

What do you attach them to? See videos of them being used but all seem to show close up how to do the exercises, not the actual equipment itself. If I was going to use them at home how do they attach...
