ive been to a john will seminar which was really good, the way he gets everyone to face the same way when learning so he can see instantly if anyone is doing something wrong was great, very well...

i think so because once you know how to kick and punch then apart from learning different combinations/footwork theres not alot more, grappling on the other hand has alot more things to learn, thats...
