While i have been back home I have seen a strange logo for one of the local BJJ clubs. Dont know what the story about it is, but it seems like a pretty cool logo.

Very good gi, very durable so will last a long time. At least that my experience with this make of gi.
I would just avoid muscle isolation exercises. When would you ever do a bicep curl motion in BJJ?
Isometric and polymetric execises are always good. Try doing the plank for 5 mins and your abs...
