Okay I tried this for teh first time yesterday, first set 44 seconds thought 'well happy with that', second set 50 seconds and could hardly move my legs or arms. In my defense I had just done 5k on...

Afaik, only slams from guard and sub attempts are illegal, so no slamming out of triangles etc. Double legs are fine

Our instructors aren't full time(yet) but top student Jamie Hughes practically is! Training twice a day most days and taking kids and female classes.

I'm laughing at my post above now, my nipper is in school now so I'm training pretty much every day :) it's great because I can only make 1 or 2 evening classes but I train in the mornings.
