I have no ground work what so ever and i got a cage fight soon. Problem is i cant get to any grappling or jiu jitsu clubs.

Basically what should i do on the ground?

i would go but i can only commit to one day of training. and the saturday just teaches strikes.

i can make 86kg but do i need to be a experienced ?
