I hurt my facet joint very bad back in 08 and did alot less training that year.... I went to see a good physio and he said the best thing I can do is stretch like mad and get back training.......
Good performance by Fedor imo.
Its ok'ish..... I try to eat as much fruit and veg as possible and as much lean meat as I can get a hold of.... But I still crave the dirty carb and fat molecule..... and can be found feasting on...
My White = who wants that?
My Blue Belt = (signed by Helio Gracie) went to Garath my friend and old training partner.
My Purple belt = Dean my friend and training partner.
My Brown belts went to =...
Many factors on the speed of the blue belt.
What you have to remember is it is not a high belt... but it is a mile stone...
If you are a dan grade in Judo.... it is faster than a guy who walks...
I do a class at a Judo school and the guys there pick things up very fast.... all the guys are Dan grades and are very open minded to new techs on the ground.

He came up against a good fighter in King Mo and he got tagged..... but we all know what would have happened if Roger...
A higher grade has to roll with the guy..... not just for his movement but his awareness of the setups resistance timing defence and his base..... they are just a few points that come to mind.
